QBO App EULA

OrderlyBookkeeping QuickBooks App: End-User License Agreement Version 1.0 · Effective October 22, 2026.

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between Orderly Bookkeeping, LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Orderly,” “we,” “us”), and the business whose QuickBooks Online company is connected to the Orderly Bookkeeping app (“Client,” “you”). It governs the app named “OrderlyBookkeeping” (AppID: e06ee3c7-1337-4a6c-8567-ad1f091d0921) in the Intuit Developer Portal and in your QuickBooks connected apps list (the “App”). It does not invalidate or supersede our prior Agreement(s) (“Agreement”) with you (for example, Bookkeeping Agreement, Diagnostic Review Agreement, etc.)

By authorizing the App to connect to your QuickBooks Online company, or by agreeing to this EULA, you accept it. If you do not agree, do not authorize the connection. You may also remove the connection from your account at any time if you no longer agree.

1. Who is responsible for the App

The App is owned, operated and maintained by Orderly Bookkeeping, LLC. Orderly is the developer of record for the App, and Orderly alone is the party to this EULA. Intuit and QuickBooks are registered trademarks of Intuit Inc. Intuit does not maintain this app, and no owner, member, manager, employee, representative or contractor of Orderly is a party to this EULA in a personal capacity.

2. What the App is

The App is private software that Orderly uses to perform our services described in our client Agreements. It is not sold, listed on the QuickBooks App Store, or otherwise offered to the public for non-clients, and you do not install or run it yourself. It connects to your QuickBooks Online company through Intuit’s authorization process and lets Orderly, on your behalf:

  • read your company information, chart of accounts, lists (customers, vendors, items, classes, locations), transactions, attachments and reports;
  • create and update transactions and list records, such as expenses, deposits, transfers, journal entries, bills and vendor records;
  • attach receipts and other source documents to transactions;
  • void or delete transactions only to correct entries;
  • export data and reports to Orderly’s records for review, quality control and improving our services.

3. What the App does not do

The App does not move money. It does not make payments, collect payments, transfer funds, run payroll, file tax returns, audit, or file or pay sales tax. It does not use the QuickBooks Payments API. It does not change your QuickBooks subscription, users or security settings.

4. Your authorization

Orderly connects the App to your company after you agree in writing (for example, through Orderly’s App consent form, client portal, email, or our Agreement) and the connection is authorized through Intuit’s sign-in. You may revoke the connection at any time in QuickBooks Online under Settings › Apps (or your company’s equivalent connected apps page), or by written notice to Orderly to info@orderlybookkeeping.com. Revoking the App does not terminate our EULA or Agreement, but we reserve the right to disconnect or revoke the app at our sole discretion. You agree to disconnect the app upon termination of our Agreement or delayed payment.

5. How Orderly uses the App

Orderly prepares changes from your records and Orderly’s own data, such as bank and card statements, bank downloads, receipts and bills. Orderly may use software tools to prepare, check or carry out that work, including but not limited to automation and AI tools. Orderly remains responsible for its own work under our EULA.

Orderly makes a reasonable effort to keep records of the changes made to your QuickBooks account through the App and keep snapshots of your books taken throughout our work. We reserve the right to other reasonable uses for this App, and we retain full rights to the App and our Intellectual Property at all times.
